Micromax launches Canvas Spark 3, priced at Rs 4,999 with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM

Domestic handset manufacturer Micromax has launched an entry-level smartphone Canvas Spark 3, priced at Rs 4,999. The smartphone will be available on Snapdeal starting April 7, and will be sold via flash sale.

Those who wish to buy the phone can register themselves on the e-commerce website starting April 1.

Coming down to the specifications, Canvas Spark 3 features a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280p) IPS display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM. The smartphone offers 8GB of internal storage and can hold microSD cards of up to 32GB.

Micromax's new smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and sports 8MP primary camera along with 5MP selfie camera.

The smarphone packs 2,500mAh battery. Connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and microUSB.
